If a cell has a Data Validity List, then when the cell is selected, the drop-down icon next to the cell is still drawn when switching to another sheet. If the drop-down list is opened, and another application is brought to the front, the list is drawn over it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new spreadsheet.
2. Select cell A1.
3. Data->Validity menu, on Criteria tab, select List from the Allow drop-down list, add some entries.
4. Create a new sheet.
5. The little drop-down icon next to the cell on the first sheet is drawn over the new sheet, when it shouldn't be.
6. Go back to the first sheet and open the list. Bring another application to the foreground. The dropdown list is drawn over it when it shouldn't be.

Thank you for reporting this issue! I have been able to confirm the issue on:
Version 3.6.4.3
Platform: Bodhi Linux 2.2 x64

As I've been able to confirm this problem on an earlier release I am changing the version number as version is the earliest version that we can confirm the bug, we use comments to say that the bug exists in newer versions as well.

Marking as:

New (confirmed)
Trivial - if you click off the cell the arrow disappears for good, just kind of awkward to have it there at the beginning.
Low - Because it's only a short period that it exists there at all, it's not a high priority but possibly a very easy hack to fix it.

In order to limit the confusion between ProposedEasyHack and EasyHack and to make queries much easier we are changing ProposedEasyHack to NeedsDevEval.

Thank you and apologies for the noise
