Just take a document with comments, and print it *with* the comments (end of page or end of document, doesn't matter). Before every comment, there is a reference that helps the user. The form is : Page : a Line : b Author : name e. g. Page : 3 Line : 77 Author : Hyogapag The line corresponds to the number of the line within the *whole* document. So clearly, it can't help the reader to find the comment in the page (Page 30 Line 770 !!). I propose that instead the line gives the line number within the page.
