Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...

Current behavior:
To use a scanner in LibreOffice, I must start it as administrator.
I only can use a TWAIN Scanner. WIA Scanners produce a Prescan but hang up while s´canning
Expected behavior:
Scanning as User with TWAIn and WIA scanners
              
Operating System: Windows 7

did you try upgrading to current LibO 4.2.4.2 release? is that issue still there?
