Description nduquett 2013-11-21 19:19:00 UTC
Normal OSX behavior when one copies a set of icons in the finder and pastes into a text field is to insert a list of filenames separated by line breaks. Writer seems to parse the list as separated by section breaks. Observable behavior is that Writer opens a huge number of "Insert Section" dialog boxes and then crashes.

What does "copies a set of icons" mean? Is this a reference to files?

> ... and pastes into a text field ...

Again, is this a reference to pasting into a Writer document, or into a form field within a Writer document?

> ... is to insert a list of filenames separated by line breaks.

If I use Paste Special... > Unformatted text > the result is a list of space-separated file names. Using plain Paste will paste the actual file (into a section) so perhaps this is what is being referred to?
