I would like the abilty to output to a multi-page document (print or pdf) through imposition. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imposition.
Maybe this project can be a good starting point: http://pdfbooklet.sourceforge.net/
I love to be able to print my writer's address book to a booklet that fits 32 pages, back and front, of a single A4. Fold it cut and staple and keep it in my purse.
I used to do it on a Mac Classic Es in the '80 for free with a special printer driver. Now I shall buy Clickbook.

Seems like a good feature to have (required for industrial prepress) so confirmed. Unsure what the feasibility is though as it will require providing a facility to determine the N-up / folding. Hopefully not too dissimilar to the current page preview calculations.

Status set to NEW. Summary amended for clarity.
