Description rssteinberg 2013-12-31 17:35:46 UTC
Since upgrade to LO 4.1.4.2 on Mac running OSX 10.9.1, Writer document prints twice (on HP Laserjet P1505 1.4.0, via wifi) even though number of copies is 1. Have worked around by printing to PDF and then printing the PDF.

try resetting your user profile (backup first) and tell us if issue still persists.

In LO Preferences I found no 'Profile' as such, but in the Print Preferences pane I did click 'Revert'. Thereafter I printed a single page of a document, which printed only once, but when I printed the whole thing I got two copies again. I searched LO Help for some other Profile command but didn't find one.

Thank you! Reset profile resolved problem. Would like to reclaim my language settings, saved spellings in two languages and templates. I see where the templates are, but is there a place where I can see what each of the folders in the user profile does, so I don't have to experiment with all fifteen? Do you think that a folder now in my /userold called _basic_80_err might be the problem?

Or you could try with your old user profile and latest pre-release 4.2.0.1: http://www.libreoffice.org/download/pre-releases/

I'm not sure if the information you're asking for is in the wiki. But since the bug is resolved by resetting the user-profile I set this to WORKSFORME.
