Template chart

Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached document source.ods
2. Select the chart in Sheet1 
3. Select the menu Edit -> Copy
2. Create a New text document
3. Select the menu Edit -> Paste

Current behavior:
Chart is pasted, but no numbers are present in bottom chart.

Expected behavior:
Chart is pasted correctly (chart looks in writer as it does in calc)

              
Operating System: Windows 7 64bit
Version: 4.2.0.2.RC2

confirmed with Version: 4.2.1.0.0+

works fine with 4.1.4.2
