Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Produce a chart from spreadsheet datas with an empty second row. Selecting data series in row and first row as label. The program selects the area for categories using first AND SECOND ROW.
2. The chart is apparently ok but when copying to any other application you get wrong results

please upload test files and screenshot if needed to show what exactly you mean are "wrong results"

issue confirmed on Win7 64bit with LibO 4.1.4.2. 
Status: NEW
