Description saverio.pub2 2014-02-03 15:39:15 UTC
Problem description:

When I open a Writer document from the command line (ie. "open -a Libreoffice <myfile.odt>"), Writer crashes immediately after loaded, without any notice

If Libreoffice is loaded already in memory, the crash does not happen, and Writer opens regularly.

I can reproduce it any time, with any Writer document.
The problem doesn't happen for Spreadsheet documents.

My O/S is Mountain Lion. The problem happens also with Libreoffice 4.1.
Operating System: Mac OS X
Version: 4.1.0.4 release

Doesn't crash on 4.2.0.3, but loads Startcenter first time instead. If I close down LO completely, then re-issue command, my odt document loads fine

btw, i tested on osx 10.9.3

you also have an old version of LO, try upgrading to a newer one and report back if problem still there
