Make prev/next slide icon visible on the navigation pane.

Case 1
Steps:-
1. Open Impress 
2. Create new presentation
3. Add 20 new slides
4. Select first slide.
5. Select last slide in the navigation pane (say 6th)

Actual result
* Slide 6 selected and displaced.
* Slide 7 icon still hidden.

Expected result
* Slide 6 selected and displaced.
* Slide 7 icon automatically scroll into visibility.

Case 2
Steps:-
1. Open Impress 
2. Create new presentation
3. Add 20 new slides
4. Select 20th slide.
5. Select first slide in the navigation pane (say 14th)

Actual result
* Slide 14 selected and displaced.
* Slide 13 icon still hidden.

Expected result
* Slide 14 selected and displaced.
* Slide 13 icon automatically scroll into visibility.
