Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. enter headline text
2. format it to H2-headline (CTRL+2)
3. Text is formatted as H2, but additionally a dotted line appears above this H2-headline 

Current behavior:
==> see above

Expected behavior:
formatting without dotted line above

I fail to reproduce, tested using Windows 8.1 with LibreOffice 4.2.4.2.

Cant confirm it on Windows 7 and LibO 4.2.4. Please provide a screencast if you know how.
