xlsx file with cell dotted/dashed borders saved by MSO 2010.

Problem description:
When open a xlsx/xls file with dotted/dashed cell borders created by MSO, the borders are showing as normal line, rather than dotted/dashed line.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new xlsx or xls file with MSO 2010, apply some dashed/dotted borders. (you can also use my attached test file)
2. Open the above file in LibreOffice.

Current behaviour:
Cell borders are showing as normal line.

Expected behaviour:
Cell borders are showing as dotted/dashed (which is the same is in MSO 2010).

OS: Windows XP SP3
Reproducible in version 4.3.0 beta2, and version 4.2.5.1.
