equations typed in Mictrosoft Office (2010) are not displayed properly

Steps to reproduce:
1. open file

Current behavior:  see attached

Expected behavior: see attached file

I opened the attached file in both word 2010 and LibreOffice 4.2.4 and they looked exactly the same. Please send a .docx document only edited in ms word that doesnt load correctly libreoffice for us to check out.
