Problem description: when I will install Anaphraseus or Language Tool then appears the error Could not create Java implementation loader, the extension will not installed.

Steps to reproduce:

With no JRE installed, I got the same error as you. With the JRE, the extension installed just fine.

Do you have a JRE installed and configured for LibreOffice?
