- Missing a format function for joining selected text/lines into a single paragraph.
- Missing a format function that can remove all formatting from a selected text.

Hello Anders,

Thank you for filing the bug. The removal of formatting from a selected text is called 'Clear Direct Formatting' and is in the right-click context menu and in the Format menu.

Regarding a function to join selected text/lines into a single paragraph, i'm not sure such a function should be included in writer. Have you seen this function in any other word processor application?

Something like the behavior of META-q wrapping lines in Emacs?
