The application/x-ksysv-package is quite poor:
a) it misses a description
b) its magic is incomplete

Thanks for your bug report!

The KSysV tool seems to be a very specific admin tool, and it has an application-specific MIME type for files that are probably only useful to a very small number of users.

I'm not sure whether it is a good idea to distribute its MIME type with a generic MIME type package at all, but I guess it is not the best idea to just remove a previously-supported MIME type.
