Support macOS Accessiblity API so that helper apps such as Moom, HyperDock, etc. can interact with XQuartz windows.

+1, it would be very useful for many apps if XQuartz supported this, e.g.https://github.com/koekeishiya/chunkwm/issues/163 .

Note full API support isn't needed to meet the main use cases of window managers. Just enough for them to get the title (accessibilityTitle) and change sizing. See background for Witch in:
