This seems to have the same cause as Bug 100215 <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100215>. 

We also see several intel_dp_aux_ch timeouts in a row, which might be causing the failure to update in a single vblank

Though it is a different CI test, should we mark as duplicated?
