I'll need an evemu-record recording of the touchpad to debug this, thanks. See this link for details: https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/reporting_bugs.html Created attachment 131009 [details]

I attached required files
ok, first, the touchpad edges are out. please run the touchpad-edge-detector tool and follow its instructions. This looks much like a duplicate of bug 100463 but there seems to be some extra bug. I'll need a recording of just a two-finger scroll motion please, thanks. Attached as separate file, no tarballs please. I attached the new files from touchpad-edge-detector & evemu-record-two-fingers. Two fingers scroll unfortunately doesn't work. Created attachment 131041 [details]

https://github.com/systemd/systemd/pull/5825 for the hwdb fix to adjust the sizes to the correct range. As for the two-finger scrolling issue, it is bug 100463, after adjusting the ranges locally it seems to work fine. Expect a patch for that to go upstream soon. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 100463 *** Created attachment 131061 [details]
touch-pressure statistics
I'm afraid also about a touch pressure. I attached the touch-pressure statistics. Please check what values will be correct.
10:8 should be correct, that's what paul already has, I'm just waiting for a v2 from him. |
