The mimetype application/pkcs10 is missing from the freedesktop.org.xml file.

Thanks for your bug report!

I'm not sure whether "S/MIME certification request" is appropriate here as description. Wouldn't "PKCS#10 certification request" be more correct? The official RFC [1] just mentions S/MIME as one of multiple other standards using PKCS standards.
