Output of pdftocairo

This bug was reported originally in Launchpad and GNOME's bugzilla. In Launchpad was marked as regression.

The problem is reproducible with pdftocairo, but not with pdftoppm.

Both pdftocairo and pdftoppm here show the same warning (file on request):

xpdf additionally has some config issues: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=848671
