In attached C file, I enabled a spot light and only has ambient light.
No matter I changed the GL_SPOT_CUTOFF value and light position, the vertex pixel we got is zero.

In this file, you can change light position PIXEL_COLOR, and the last pixel value should be equal to PIXEL_COLOR.

compile command:
cc -g -o spotlight spotlight.c -lglut -lGLU -lGL -lm

Mistake setting light as infinite light. To spot light, it should be positional light.
