attached G71 vbios from this board.
The issue at hand being the multiple WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 1 at drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/nvkm/engine/disp/outp.c:180 .nvkm_outp_init+0x170/0x2d0 which happen inside nvkm_disp_init. According to Alex, the board works fine (except for MSI being broken, but that's unrelated). Should be fixed by: https://github.com/skeggsb/nouveau/commit/33d8409a5cd51f347ab3f5b848b82b331ac7e279 I note that, according to the dmesg output, this is PPC64 big-endian. Can you provide other hardware specifics? I see that Ben Skeggs' commit is in the kernel repo as commit 372aa73e20197d463fc8b34524c20b089a98b1c3; is anyone equipped to test the fix?
