duplicate defect

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the Online shopping application in browser
2.click on the Admin
3.Login as an administrator
4.Click on AddItemType
5.Enter the Item which is already available in the list
6.Observe the list

Expected Result:It should display error message "item is already exist, please enter different Item"

Actual Result: Duplicate item is added in the list

defect is fixed and now it is not adding any duplicates.
