Steps to reproduce the defect :

  1. Go to "http://newtours.demoaut.com/" in Google Chrome.

  2. Click on Register Link Button.
  
  3. Enter username.

  4. Enter password.

  5. Enter confirm password.



Expected Result :

      The user should get the error message saying as "password can not be empty ".



Actual result :
      The user is getting the access granted window through which he can 
      successfully register.
