I've upgraded just today to xorg-server 1.2.99.902. The problem is with rendering transparent surfaces - they got no color.

Error 100% reproductable on both nvidia and ati, archs i686 and x86_64 (my laptop and desktop).

Emerald beryl window decorations show only transparent glassy surfaces not colouring them. Xfce Terminal and xfwm4 can't use transparency.
