opensuse 42.3
pa 11.1

philips SHQ7300 (bluetooth)
plantronics PLT_BBTSENSE headset (bluetooth)

i add the philips headset in bluetooth settings
then
in pavucontrol philips headset is in state "hsp/hsf"
then
i swicth off philips headset
then
i switch on philips headset
then
in pavucotrol phlips headset is in sate "hsp/hsf". good.
then
i add the plantronics headset in bluetooth settings
then
in pavucontrol plantronics headset is in state "hsp/hsf"
then
i swicth off plantronics headset
then
i switch on plantronics headset
then
in pavucotrol plantronics headset is in sate "switch off" !!!

then
i go to bluetooth settings
i disconnect plantronics headset
then
i connect plantronics headset
this time headset is added in state "hsp/hsf"

same problem with a2dp

i don't get this problem with 42.2 and pa 9
