using Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040806
uname -r = 2.6.7-1.494.2.2 : Fedora Core 2
processor 2.6GHz Pentium4 with 512Mb memory, ATI Mobility 9000

1>  visit the site http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/4/lng/us/tpl/v5

2>  the X process uses all available processor cycles, keyboard and mouse
responce significantly slowed.
3>  leave site and X process returns to "normal"

this is a problem with the ticker on top of the page. disable javascript and
everything is ok

and it would be a mozilla bug in any event.  on my SMP machine, X and firefox
each take a CPU.
