Sometimes changing window using scale does not update the window ordering correctly with respect to switcer. I.e. if A is focused and scale is used to select B. Then the next window choosen by scale is not always A. I think it should be. 

Haven't figured out exactly how to reproduce, but generally having lots of windows open on the same viewport seems to trigger this behavior.
