Hi,

We set up new OTRS Ticket server by taking restoring DB from the old server.But it's not fetching mail for ticket creation, showing error as "Can't create PID PostMasterMailbox, because it's already running".

We try to kill the process once in DB and restart the process.But still getting the same error.

Please share us the solution.
