The src/gallium/drivers/r600/egd_tables.h file is missing from the Mesa 17.2.x tarballs.  This has needlessly introduced a build time requirement of python.

I can not easily test the dist targets myself as they break in srg/egl when wayland is not present.

Still missing from mesa-18.3.0-rc4.tar.gz and other recent releases.
