Very low FPS running Steam-Game Sam 3 BFE (less than 10 fps) on CFL, it is impossible to play due to this low performance.

Steps:
1.-run Sam 3 BFE Game
2.-Watch low performance

How is this ReadyForDev? There's no explanation what the bug is. My guess is that low FPS are not expected, but what is? Nor is there any investigation or information as to where the time goes if that fps is not expected.

If bug investigation still in progress, please ignore this and I apologize!

If you think this is not anymore valid, please comment to the bug that can be closed.
If you haven't tested with our latest pre-upstream tree(drm-tip), can you do that also to see if issue is valid there still and if you cannot see issue there, please comment to the bug.
