Description ragnarb 2018-01-17 22:47:21 UTC
On a ThinkPad S1 Yoga (model nr. 20DLCTO1WW) running Ubuntu Gnome 17.10, running Wayland and libinput 1.8.2, the system fails to disable the trackpad, the physical mouse buttons above the trackpad and the little red nipple joystick, when the machine is in tent or tablet mode.

This makes it easy to accidentally click or move the mouse, when holding the machine in tablet mode or using it on your lap.

This is not an issue with the keyboard as it physically locks when you flip the screen around, making it impossible to press any keys (I believe it's also disabled in hardware, but I haven't been able to verify this).
