Debug Logs

After upgrading Ubuntu from 16.04 to 17.10 (ModemManager 1.4.12 to 1.6.8) my Gobi 2000 UMTS Modem does not connect anymore.

I attached the debug log of the installed version 1.6.8 and of the successful connect after downgrading the package back to 1.4.12.

I already found, that now the gobi plugin is away and the generic plugin is used. But no connection is possible neither by using NetworkManager nor by mmcli.

I believe this could already be fixed in 1.6.12, released 1 month ago. You should ping Ubuntu so that they upgrade the MM 1.6.x they're shipping.
Keeping it open until confirmed.

Just compiled 1.6.12.
It is working.
