Below incompletes on CI_DRM_3697 happen approximately all within 30 seconds after testing started. Since there was a know Jenkins configuration issue associated with that runs it is probable that tese incompletes was caused by Jenkins.

This early incomplete pattern was not reproduced on runs after CI_DRM_3697.
