Description Jaco Malan 2018-04-02 23:06:30 UTC
In the newest version of libinput the right click doesn't work on my touchpad.
I am aware of the tap-click right-click, but would like to resolve this situation. The right click acts like a left-click.

are you on GNOME 3.28? if so, it changed to use clickfinger by default now, see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=757255

For a description of the clickfinger behaviour, see https://wayland.freedesktop.org/libinput/doc/latest/clickpad_softbuttons.html

closing for now, please re-open if that's not the real issue. In which case I'll need an evemu-record of a right click attempt.
