intel-gfx-ci CI_DRM_4079 to CI_DRM_4083 runs had issues with host fi-ilk-650.

33 tests on IGT fast-feedback testlist give dmesg-warn

[drm:intel_dp_get_link_train_fallback_values [i915]] *ERROR* Link Training Unsuccessful

The issue has been pinpointed to monitor-side DP connection, and worked around by changing the monitor where fi-ilk-650 is connected to. Preliminary re-testing shows that everything is better now.

This can be resolved as hardware issue.
