And again desktop crashes without user at night.
Is the new crash dump are same with first crash dump?

The third crash occurred Fri 2018-05-18 13:50:24 by local time.

This bug start appeared after applying this patch https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/223324/
This patch overhemly needed for fix hangs steam client and other Xwayland applications like Firefox.
Unfortunately a unable leave comment about this problem below patch.
Also I note when I sitting all day at computer this issue not happens. It happens only when I leave computer for several hours idling.

It's hard to see how that could possibly be directly related to these crashes.

Hmm. Do you have an external monitor connected, and if so, how is it connected?

more details:
1) in GNOME setting Blank screen -> Never 
2) When I leave computer for long time I switch off power of monitor.
3) Monitor connected via display port to discrete video card Vega 56
