I've retested 2 times the WebGL CTS 1.0.4 with Mesa 18.2.6 and Firefox 64.0 on Manjaro Linux up to date and conformance/textures/misc/texture-corner-case-videos.html still can't finish the test, it always end with (*timeout*). Hello Leonardo I successful reproduced this bug with old version firefox(63.0.3) and any mesa version. But with new version of mesa and ff all work correct. Try to use firefox (65.0b11) on my system it work correct with your system mesa version.
