The write into the HWSP went astray. This can happen due to a GPU failure or invalid PTE/TLB for the HWSP. How reproducible is the problem, and can you please try drm-tip [https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm-tip]?

Hmm, something else to consider is that there were no CS interrupts either.

What happens if you completely disable iommu in your kconfig?

sorry for long time, i'm forgot to see my second mailbox(current here). Seems in ~4.17.7 it's has been fixed. Anyway, 4.17.7 and currently 4.17.8 hasn't this bug. Don't knwon if it directly depend on kernel space, but with update it's gone away. 4.17.7 isn't a point, because i was not tryed this with early kernel thats has been released after my report.
Comment 4 Vova 2018-07-20 21:01:47 UTC
I'm reproduced it on 4.17.8 kernel - just switch TTY with X11 several times.

4.17.8 error
Comment 6 Vova 2018-07-20 21:05:52 UTC
With clear boot switching with tty and x11 is OK. But after suspend to disk - gpu is hang. After suspend to ram also - ok.

I missed that you were using the guc.
Comment 11 Vova 2018-07-21 21:47:33 UTC
realy, this option is used... I'm removed this and seems no freezes now. Google says this known bug, I missed that. Sorry
