Dvorak for Programmers with European Keys

Detailed description or github: https://github.com/asvd/programmer-dvorak-eu

Why this is vital for me (and I assume would be very useful for many other programmers):

I use Dvorak for Programmers as the most convenient layout for coding, but originally it only has the base latin letters of English. Therefore I had to use additional layout for the sake of using it outside of IDE, only because of several missing letters (üäöß for German in my case).

This extension adds european letters to the Dvorak for Programmers thus making it suitable for both coding and normal life.

XKB layout attached.

Is it possible to include it into the distribution?

added an updated version where dead keys position was improved in order to reduce influence on hotkeys

Thank you! Here are my questions:
1. Who is currently using your layout? How many people?
2. Could you please put it as a patch rather that separate layout file?

Thanks
