This patch for shared-mime-info allowes html extensions for xhtml files.

Problem is that webkitgtk+ can't open xhtml files with html extension and e.g., epiphany simply downloades them (usually related to local files, such as doxygen-generated html docs).

Assign *.html to HTML pages

So that WebKitGTK+ can detect mime-types more reliably for local HTML
files.
