There has been a change in the rate at which we observe this issue since end of May 2019. Prior to May 28, 2019 this issue was observed every week on SKL and KBL machines. Since May 28, 2019, this issue has occurred only twice (Sep 13 and Sep 14, 2019) on the same KBL machine.
