I was on the fence between closing the bug already or not, but then I decided to keep it to highest because it was in BAT. Given that this is not for developers, but just for the CI team to keep track, I do not care that much about the priority... as long as we plug the chamelium back as soon as #108548 is fixed.

Chamelium related tests are skipped now (Configuration is updated to make the tests skip). Reducing the priority to high for now and update if it happens again.

This is not really driver issue, more like CI infra.
But when we can plug HDMI in again, we can close this too...

Fixed. Chamelium is back on HDMI port and configuration added.
