Xorg logfile (through journald)

I have Radeon HD 7870 with two monitors connected. One Acer G276HL over HDMI and one Dell U2415b over DP.

The Acer sometimes does not turn back on when I wake the computer up from suspend. That always affects only the Acer. I can also reproduce this by executing `xset dpms force off && xset dpms force on` enough times. Forcing it off and on also works to "fix" the issue when it occurs. Switching ttys also helps.

The kernel version is 4.14.79, the XOrg version 1.19.6, the distro NixOS. Xorg log is attached.
