Hi. What about hardware in use? In my case I have laptop with KBL cpu (HD 620 graphics) which was usb-c, so tomorrow can try to reproduce this on it and ubuntu+kde. Ok, good catch, I have Dell XPS 9550 with i7-6700HQ (Skylake-H) with IntelĀ® HD Graphics 530 Hi again. Unfortunately looks like my laptop doesn't support alternate mode for type-C, so I couldn't connect monitor via it :( But still, I checked your case on KBL laptop (HD620) and SKL laptop (HD520) - with DisplayPort and HDMI cables (mesa 18.1.9, 19.0.0 from git). It works fine for me. So somebody who has possibility to use usb-c for monitor connection, please try to reproduce it. Also, Ladislav, did you try regular cable, HDMI or DisplayPort? Did it work fine for you? (just to be sure, that the issue really relates to the usb-c connection). _________ Kernels in use - 4.15 and 4.18 (on KBL only) systems - ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 Plasma-desktop latest from repo. Sure, I will test with other cable, hdmi for example. Good point. Ladislav, did you have a chance to check another cables? Interesting to see the result here. Thanks Sure not, but I think about it :-) Think is I have at moment USB-C only monitor, no HDMI neither Display port, but thx for reminder I will pack my cables and will try some monitor unit in office... -- GitLab Migration Automatic Message -- This bug has been migrated to freedesktop.org's GitLab instance and has been closed from further activity.
