I experience failing Spectacle app with segfault on i965 driver.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external monitor via USB-C
2. Let spectacle main window be located on either primary or secondary screen
3. Click "Take a New Screenshot"

OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle just shutdown silently. There is no error visible in Xorg.0.log neither in messages. But I see in dmesg output:
[ 1256.092610] spectacle[22229]: segfault at 68 ip 00007fc5650e2d1b sp 00007ffe65f637c0 error 4 in i965_dri.so[7fc564cd2000+7ef000]

SOFTWARE VERSIONS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.13.5 (-r3 but I think it is internal Gentoo patch release)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.50.0
Qt Version: 5.11.1

I plan to upgrade to latest Mesa although marked as UNSTABLE in Gentoo tree.

Hi. What about hardware in use? 

In my case I have laptop with KBL cpu (HD 620 graphics) which was usb-c, so tomorrow can try to reproduce this on it and ubuntu+kde.

Ok, good catch, I have Dell XPS 9550 with i7-6700HQ (Skylake-H) with 
Intel® HD Graphics 530

Hi again. Unfortunately looks like my laptop doesn't support alternate mode for type-C, so I couldn't connect monitor via it :(

But still, I checked your case on KBL laptop (HD620) and SKL laptop (HD520) - with DisplayPort and HDMI cables (mesa 18.1.9, 19.0.0 from git).
It works fine for me.

So somebody who has possibility to use usb-c for monitor connection, please try to reproduce it.

Also, Ladislav, did you try regular cable, HDMI or DisplayPort? Did it work fine for you? (just to be sure, that the issue really relates to the usb-c connection).

Sure not, but I think about it :-) Think is I have at moment USB-C only monitor, no HDMI neither Display port, but thx for reminder I will pack my cables and will try some monitor unit in office...
