    lib: Include the size in the error message for mlock
    
    Knowing how much we tried to allocate would be useful if one should need
    to debug why it failed.

Two occurrences two weeks ago, then silence. Let's keep an eye on it and see if the next incident gives more information. 

Also, changing priority to medium.

Still not seen in ~600 runs after it occurred twice in two consecutive runs, I'm resolving it.

Also seen on CML.

This hasn't occurred for 2 months / 120 runs. Before that it was happening on a daily basis and almost on every run. Based on our criteria it can be closed again.
