On a dell 630m with intel 915gm graphics, when the resolution is set to a value smaller than the native panel resolution, the screen is always expanded to fill the whole panel, regardless of the setting of the panel expansion flag in the bios setup.

this is a known missing feature but we won't be able to fix this in near future.. mark it as fixe later..

Mass reopen.  The "LATER" resolution is lame, I'm deleting it.  Consider LATER to have arrived.
