Using the modesetting driver with AMD hardware, the X.Org Server reports a lot of the messages below.

    [   139.113] (EE) modeset(0): Failed to get GBM bo for flip to new front.
    [   139.113] (EE) modeset(0): present flip failed

This happened with Linux 4.19.19 and 4.20.13.
