I made the patch that added "NICOLA-F style Backspace" option to "Japanese keyboard options".
The NICOLA-F layout is one of the keyboard layout for the Japanese input defined by Nihongo Nyuryoku Consortium.
The "NICOLA-F style Backspace" option arranges Backspace at the same position as NICOLA-F layout on the jp106 keyboard.

I did not want to create separate file, so I added the actual code to symbols/jp. Could you please check in CVS?

I moved a definition of nicola_f_bs to symbols/jp. And I fixed some mistakes.

I checked it with the latest version of CVS and it's OK.
